He holds a BS in Accounting and MBA from The University of Southern California (USC) and is Professor at USC teaching Hotel Development in the Masters of Real Estate Development Program.

He works collaboratively with economists, business plan writers, and investment managers in preparing I-924 and I-526 petitions for filing with USCIS. He has worked on over 200 EB-5 transactions, with a combined capital development cost exceeding $5 billion.

Niral represents both U.S.and global corporate clients in the process of preparing and filing bothEB-5 and non-EB-5 immigration visas. Niral has also successfully filed writ of mandamuses, and represented foreign nationals in federal courts in lawsuits to correct USCIS errors and improve USCIS efficiency. Niral has spoken internationally to investors and migration agents on the process of employment-based.

Phuong has over 15 years of experience in EB-5 transactions, including Regional Centers, project developers, agents, and investors. Previously, he was in-house counsel for a large Southern California EB-5 Regional Center and real estate developer. There, he managed over $500 million in EB-5 financing and guided the company to several milestones, including approvals for their first 100 I-829 petitions. Phuong has aBA from UC Irvine and JD from UC Hastings.

Aaron has 8 years of experience overseeing foreign direct capital raises at Wright Johnson and Baker Tilly helping his clients in raising capital totaling more than $2 billion. The practice assessed economic impacts of new commercial enterprises. Aaron also spent ten years at Merck Pharmaceuticals in various sales, marketing, and strategy roles.
